We want your plants and parcels to arrive safely — and to make the process as smooth as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship, what to expect, and what to do if something goes wrong.

📦 Shipping

We ship UK-wide via Royal Mail:

Live plants are sent with Tracked 24

Non-plant items are sent with Tracked 48

Dispatch time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on the way.
Note: Tracking details can take up to 48 hours to update.

Shipping costs:

£6.99 flat rate for all orders

FREE shipping on orders over £75

FREE local collection from our Bristol shop

Weekend orders:
To avoid plants sitting in boxes over the weekend, orders placed Friday to Sunday (by 2pm) will be dispatched the following Monday.

Local delivery:
We offer local delivery in Bristol (BS1–BS16) for £6.99. Delivery is usually made within 48 hours. Need it sooner? Get in touch — we’ll do our best to help.

Skip the shipping and pick up your order in person from our Bedminster shop.

Pickup timeframe:
Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is prepared and ready to go. Please bring your confirmation email when collecting.

Tuesday: 12pm–4pm

🔁 Returns & Refunds

🌱 Live Plants

We don’t accept returns on live plants unless there’s a problem with your order.

In-store purchases: Returns are accepted within 24 hours, if the plant is in the same condition or you’ve discovered an issue shortly after purchase.

Online orders: If your plant arrives damaged or unwell, please email us at hello@plant.studio within 24 hours of delivery, with photos. We’ll always do our best to put it right.

Due to the nature of plants, we can’t guarantee returns beyond that window or for plants that have been kept in unsuitable conditions. We will consider returns outside this window on a case-by-case basis.

🪴 Non-Plant Items

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused non-plant items in their original packaging.

To request a return, email us at hello@plant.studio with your order number. Once approved, return your item to:

Please don’t send items back without approval — we may not be able to accept them.

Once your item is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method. This usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
