We’re currently looking for a part-time team member with weekend availability and occasional weekday availability.

What we are looking for:

• Strong, practical knowledge of houseplant care, gained through hands-on experience (personal or professional). You should feel confident advising customers on plant choice for different spaces, repotting plants, and identifying common houseplant issues such as pests, watering problems, or light stress.
• A genuine passion for plants and sharing that knowledge with others 
• Retail experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Friendly, personable, and enjoys chatting with customers (and the occasional dog)
• Comfortable using and learning the technology and apps we use to run the shop
