Shipping FAQ

We use royal mail tracked 24 to ship out live plants and royal mail tracked 48 to ship out non plant items.

If your order is placed before 2pm then Royal mail will collect your order the following day. We don't ship out plants over the weekend as we don't want them to get stuck in a box over the weekend so orders placed Friday-Sunday by 2pm will be shipped on the following Monday.

Generally not, but our policy is to pick the very best plant to send off. If there are any imperfections or major diffrences from our listing photo we will send you a photo before shipping. If you would like a photo before we ship out your item just let us know and we are happy to send one over.

We use recycled materials whenever possible to reduce our carbon footprint. That said our policy is more is more when it comes to making sure your plants arrive safe. We take the utmost care in ensuring your items arrive safe and sound.
