Walk-ins welcome
We’ll check the roots, choose the right Plant Studio soil mix and repot your plant into a sensibly sized pot. You can bring your own pot, use an included nursery pot where available, or choose something new from the shop.
Every repot includes a quick health check and straightforward aftercare advice. Moss poles, supports, decorative toppings and larger pots can be added separately if needed.
Most plants are ready the same day, usually within one to two hours. We can’t hold plants overnight, so please leave enough time to collect before we close.
Prices are based on the size of the pot your plant is moving into and include the appropriate Plant Studio soil mix.
XS · up to 8cm — £2
Small · 9–12cm — £4
Medium · 13–17cm — £8
Large · 18–22cm — £16
XL · 23–28cm — £20
XXL · 29–40cm — £32
Mega · 41cm+ — £45
Nursery pots are included from XS to Large when we have a suitable recycled pot available. For XL and above, please bring a pot or choose a nursery or terracotta pot from the shop. Decorative pots, supports, moss poles and toppings are charged separately.
For large plants or whole collections, we can come to homes, offices and workspaces in Bristol.
The call-out is £45 for the first two hours, then £35 per hour. Individual repotting fees, pots and other materials are additional.
Send us the rough sizes and number of plants below. We’ll normally ask you to reply with a few photos before we confirm the booking.
Sometimes—but not always. Repotting can help when roots are cramped or the soil is unsuitable, but pests, watering or the position of the plant may be the real problem. We’ll check the plant and tell you honestly whether repotting is the right next step.

No—walk-ins are welcome during shop hours. Please call ahead if you’re bringing several plants or something especially large. Home and office visits do need to be arranged in advance.
Every plant is checked outside before it comes into the shop. If we find pests, we can’t accept it for repotting because it would put the rest of our plants at risk. We’ll show you what we found and advise you on treatment.
Most in-store repots are ready within one to two hours. During busy periods, or for very large or multiple plants, it may take a little longer. Plants need to be collected the same day as we can’t keep them overnight.
Absolutely. We’ll check that it is an appropriate size and has suitable drainage. You can also choose from the nursery pots, terracotta and decorative pots available in the shop.
