Wedding & event plant styling · Bristol & the South West

Let the plants do the decorating

Living plants for ceremonies, parties, launches and photoshoots—from a few beautifully chosen pieces to a full leafy takeover.

Lush, living styling with plenty of character

We style weddings and events with real plants: big leafy statement pieces, trailing foliage, table plants, colourful pots, terrariums and everything in between.

You can hire the plants, buy them to keep or give away afterwards, or ask us to take care of the whole thing—from choosing the plants to delivery, styling and collection.

Plants, styled your way

Plant hire

Statement plants, smaller groupings and decorative pots hired for the day, then collected afterwards.

Plants to keep or gift

Buy plants for your home afterwards, use them as table gifts or send guests away with something living.

What should you budget?

Every venue and plan is different, but it helps to have a starting point.

A light touch · usually £300–£500
A few small plants or simple planted details, particularly when you’re collecting and arranging them yourself.

Fuller venue styling · usually £1,500–£3,000+
A layered mix of statement and smaller plants across several key areas, with delivery, installation, styling and collection planned around the venue.

The final cost depends on plant sizes and quantities, pots, distance, access, setup time and when everything needs collecting. Late-night collection and very short loading windows need extra staffing, so we’ll include those logistics clearly in your quote.

How it works

1. Tell us the essentials

Send the date, venue, rough budget, areas you’d like styled and any access or collection timings you already know.

2. Initial chat · Free

We’ll talk through the idea, check the practicalities and give you an early sense of what may work within the budget.

3. Proposal & booking

We’ll agree the overall direction and send a clear proposal and booking terms. Detailed sourcing and logistics begin once the event is booked.

4. Delivery, styling & collection

Our team brings everything in, styles the agreed areas and returns to collect hired plants at the arranged time.

Wedding & event FAQs

Both. Plants can be hired and collected afterwards, purchased for you to keep, or used as guest gifts. We can also combine hire and purchase within one event.

We’ll agree the overall look, sizes, colours and types of foliage with you. Because plants are living and stock changes, exact varieties are normally selected closer to the event from the best available plants.

Often, yes. It depends on the venue layout, staffing and the time available between spaces. Tell us the schedule early so we can build this into the plan.

We’ll show these clearly in your quote. The cost depends on the venue, access, amount of planting, setup window and collection time. Late-night collections or very tight loading slots may require extra staff.

We’re based in Bristol and mainly work across Bristol and the South West. For events further afield, send us the details and we’ll let you know what is practical.

Sometimes. We’ll need to consider the season, weather, exposure and how long the plants will be outside. We won’t place indoor plants where the conditions are likely to damage them.

Tell us about the day

You don’t need to have every detail figured out. Send us the date, venue, rough budget and the parts of the space you’d most like to transform.

The initial conversation is free. We’ll check availability and practicalities before suggesting the most useful next step.
