For workplaces, you can choose a simple advice visit if you’re happy to buy and arrange the plants yourself, or start with a design consultation if you’d like Plant Studio to plan and install the whole project.
We’ll confirm your booking once the £75 consultation invoice has been paid. The visit includes our time in your home and your written, space-specific recommendations afterwards.
Planning a bigger plant refresh? If you spend £250 or more on plants with us after your consultation, we’ll deduct the £75 consultation fee from your plant order.
This is the straightforward option for an office or workplace that mainly wants help choosing the right plants, but is happy to buy, position and care for them itself.
The visit includes an assessment of the light and space, practical plant and placement advice, and a concise recommended-species list.
If you spend £250 or more on plants with us afterwards, the full £75 fee is deducted from that plant spend.
This option doesn’t include detailed measurements, layouts, visual concepts, planter or supplier research, installation logistics, revisions or a formal project proposal.
This is the first paid step when you’d like Plant Studio to design, source and install the planting for your office, shop, café or shared space.
We’ll assess the environment, discuss the brief and budget, take the relevant measurements and look at access and practical installation details. The £95 fee is deducted from the final installation invoice if the project goes ahead.
Detailed concepts, layouts, planting plans, sourcing, specifications and formal proposals move into paid concept development. We’ll agree that scope and fee before doing the work.
Concept development is normally priced at 5% of the midpoint of the estimated project range and is deducted from the final installation cost if the project proceeds.

Yes. We can assess their general health, position and care, then talk through practical changes that may help. If a plant needs hands-on repotting, that can be arranged separately through our repotting service.
Absolutely. We’ll recommend plants that suit the light and conditions in your home or workplace, and can suggest options from our current stock or source special pieces where appropriate.
No big tidy-up required. It helps if you can show us every area you’re considering and tell us honestly how much time you want to spend on plant care.

Once we’ve agreed the right service and a suitable date, we’ll email the consultation invoice. Your appointment is confirmed when that invoice has been paid. The relevant fee credit is then applied if you meet the plant-spend threshold or proceed with the installation.
