Where are you located?
We’re at 175 North Street, Bedminster, Bristol BS3 1JQ. Find directions and shop hours on our Visit Us page.
What are your opening hours?
We’re open 7 days a week (hours vary by day). You can always find the latest times on our Visit Us page or on Google and Instagram.
Is there parking?
There’s on-street parking on North Street and nearby side roads. It’s usually not too tricky to find a space.
Is the shop accessible?
We’re partially accessible — there’s one step at the entrance and a few inside. Full details are in our Accessibility Guide, and we’re always happy to assist.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver plants locally?
Yes! We offer local delivery within Bristol (BS1–BS16) for £6.99.
Delivery usually happens within 48 hours or less, depending on our schedule (and our little Corsa). Need it urgently? Drop us a message — we’ll try to make it happen.
Do you ship UK-wide?
We do! We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for live plants and Tracked 48 for non-plant items.
If you order before 2pm, Royal Mail will collect your parcel the following day.
We don’t ship plants over the weekend to avoid them sitting in boxes — orders placed Friday–Sunday (by 2pm) are sent out on Monday.
How much does shipping cost?
Flat rate: £6.99 for all orders

Click & Collect from our Bristol shop is always free
When will my order arrive?
Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and item type. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel is on the way.
Can I choose a delivery time?
We can’t guarantee a specific time slot, but we’re flexible — feel free to leave a note or get in touch, and we’ll do our best to work around your schedule.
Can I click & collect?
Yes! Select “Pick Up” at checkout and we’ll email you when your order’s ready for collection at our Bedminster shop.
Will I get the exact plant pictured?
Not always — but we promise to pick the very best one in stock.
If your plant looks significantly different from the listing, we’ll send you a photo before shipping. Want a photo beforehand anyway? Just ask — we’re happy to send one over.
How do you package your plants?
With a lot of care and a little bit of tape.
We reuse materials wherever we can to cut down waste — but when it comes to protecting plants, more is more. We wrap everything thoroughly to make sure it arrives safe, happy, and healthy.
What if something goes wrong in transit?
If your order arrives damaged or not quite right, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
🛍️ Shopping & Orders
Can I reserve something I saw on Instagram?
Yes! The easiest way to reserve an item is to place a Click & Collect order through our website — that way it’s held under your name and ready to go. If you’re unsure, send us a message and we’ll confirm availability.
Can I return a plant?
We do our best to make sure every plant leaves happy and healthy.
For in-store purchases, we’ll accept plant returns within 24 hours if it’s in the same condition or if you discover a problem shortly after purchase.
For shipped plants, please get in touch within 24 hours of receiving your order if something’s not right — we’re always happy to help and will do what we can to make it right.
Due to the fragile nature of live plants, we can’t offer returns beyond this window.
Can I return non-plant items?
Yes — standard return policy applies to pots, tools, and other non-living items. Just contact us to arrange the return.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been packed or sent out yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Email us as soon as possible at hello@plant.studio.

Can you repot my plant?
Absolutely. Bring your plant in and we’ll talk you through options — we have a full range of peat-free soil mixes and pots too.
Need plant advice?
Always! Come in with photos or questions and we’ll help you figure it out.
🎁 Gifts & Workshops
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes — digital and in-store gift cards are available here. You can also buy them in the shop.
Do you run workshops?
We run seasonal mini workshops and private events (8+ years and up). Check Instagram or email us to enquire.
