Accessibility Statement

At Plant Studio, we are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible environment for all our customers, including those with disabilities. We strive to accommodate the needs of every visitor and continuously improve accessibility throughout our shop and garden.

Shop Entrance

  • Our main entrance has one small step approximately 11cm high. We are happy to assist customers with mobility needs as they enter the store. Please feel free to call ahead or let our staff know if you require any assistance.

Inside the Shop

Our shop is divided into four main rooms, each with varying levels of accessibility:

  1. First Room (little bit of everything):

    • Fully accessible with no steps beyond the 11cm entrance step.

  2. Second Room (tropicals and pots):

    • This room features two large steps (27.5cm and 18cm), each equipped with two sturdy grab bars for stability. If you need help navigating the steps, our staff is always available to assist.

  3. Third Room (potting bar):

    • The third room has one small step (16.5cm) similar to the entrance. Staff assistance is available for anyone requiring support.
  4. Fourth Room (succulents and sun lovers):
    • There are no steps between the third and fourth room. 

Garden Area

  • The garden area is accessible via three large steps, and we have installed a handrail to aid in stability. Customers with mobility challenges may find this area difficult to access. If you'd like to enjoy the garden but are unable to navigate the steps, our team is happy to bring plants or products from the garden to you.
