Nature’s very fancy plant food. Worm castings are a gentle, nutrient-rich soil conditioner made from composted worm manure, perfect for giving houseplants a little boost without the harshness of a strong fertiliser.

Mix them into your potting soil when repotting, add a small handful to your own custom blend, or sprinkle a little over the surface of the soil as a top dressing. They’re especially lovely for plants that have been in the same pot for a while and could do with some fresh nutrients.

How to use: Mix roughly 1 part worm castings to 10 parts potting mix, or add a light layer to the top of the soil and water in.

Perfect for: Most houseplants, seedlings, terrariums and DIY soil mixes.

Live plants travel via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Non-plant items travel via Tracked 48 unless they are packed with a plant.
