Welcome to Plant Studio! By using our website, shopping in-store, or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in GBP. We do our best to keep product info up to date, but availability and pricing may change without notice.

Orders & Payment

Orders are processed via Shopify. Payment must be received before your order is confirmed and shipped. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details.

Shipping

See our Shipping & Returns page for full details. We ship via Royal Mail and offer local delivery in Bristol. Click & Collect is available from our shop.

Returns

Plants are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty on arrival. Non-plant items may be returned within 30 days in original condition. See our returns policy for details.

Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or weather conditions. We do our best to ensure every order arrives safe and sound.
