This compact beauty thrives in UK homes, brightening corners, desktops, and shelves with its subtle, variegated glow. Known for being wonderfully unfussy, it tolerates lower light, irregular watering, and busy lifestyles, making it ideal for beginners or anyone wanting a gorgeous plant without the pressure

Plant Care

Light: Tolerates low to medium light but colour is best in bright, indirect light. Avoid harsh direct sun.

Watering: Allow the top half of soil to dry before watering. Less is more—overwatering is the biggest risk.

Temperature: Keep above 15°C and avoid cold draughts. Loves consistent warmth.

Potting: Thrives in our Sandy Loam mix, which holds just the right amount of moisture without becoming soggy.

Hot Tip: Rotate regularly to maintain an even shape. Wipe leaves now and then to keep that colour pop strong.Very forgiving if you occasionally forget to water.

Pet Friendly: No – not safe for pets if nibbled.
