Echeveria ‘Perle von Nürnberg’ – Pearl of Nuremberg

A classic beauty with soft pastel tones. The Echeveria ‘Perle von Nürnberg’ is one of the most loved succulents for good reason — its sculptural rosette of lilac-grey leaves shimmers with pink highlights, especially in bright light. Compact, elegant, and easy to care for, it’s perfect for sunny windowsills, mixed succulent bowls, or gifting.

Plant Care 

Light: Succulents need bright light to survive. My rule of thumb is to always let them have a view of the sky. The best bet is a sunny windowsill.

Watering: These plants are drought tolerant. Only water when the soil appears very dry, as overwatering can quickly kill these plants. It's usually time to water when your succulent gets a little bit puckery. This plant will want more water in spring/summer but cut way back on watering in the winter and only water when your plant puckers.

Temperature: These plants can handle a bit of cold, but they don't like wet and cold. Your Echeveria will tolerate temperatures to freezing (0C) without perishing, but it won't last after a frost. 

Potting: A well-draining mix is ideal for this plant. Our Savvy Succa would be a great fit.

Hot tips: You can propagate most succulents by taking a leaf, letting it dry out for a day or two and then placing it on top of the soil.
