Peperomia Prostrata - String of turtles

A tiny treasure for any plant lover, Peperomia prostrata (known as String of Turtles) has perfectly round, patterned leaves that look like miniature turtle shells trailing along delicate stems. Plant Care 

Light: Bright indirect light, too much sun, and you risk scorching the leaves. Tolerant of low light as long as watering is monitored carefully. 

Watering: Water when the soil has almost completely dried out, as this is a drought-resistant plant. Less is more, and these prefer rainwater and to be bottom watered if possible. 

Temperature: 18-24°C is ideal. This plant is not keen on being cold so best kept away from cold drafts. 

Potting: A well-draining mix is perfect for this plant. Our Sandy Loam is an excellent choice for this plant.
