Description
Adromischus cooperi is a wonderfully quirky succulent with chunky green leaves covered in distinctive purple speckles and slightly wavy edges. Native to South Africa, this slow-growing plant stays compact, making it perfect for sunny windowsills, desktops, terrariums and small succulent collections. Its unusual markings give it an almost painted appearance, making it a real conversation starter despite its easy-going nature.
Light: These plants are keen on bright light. An east or west-facing window is ideal.
Watering: Only water when the soil appears dry, as overwatering can quickly kill these plants. It's usually time to water when your succulent gets a little bit puckery. Cut way back on watering in the winter. Moderate watering in spring/summer and cut it way back to once or twice a month in winter.
Temperature: An easygoing plant that will tolerate 7-28°C
Potting: A well-draining mix is ideal for this plant. Our Savvy Succa would be a great fit.
Hot tips: The more light, the better this plant will do, so if you want your plant to look lush, give it some sun!
Pet Friendly: Yes
