Description

A compact, colourful Bromeliad with striking striped leaves that blush red in brighter light. Nidularium ‘Fire Ball Striped’ brings tropical vibes in a tidy size, making it perfect for shelves, desktops, and terrarium-style displays. It’s easy-care, eye-catching, and adds an instant pop of colour to any plant collection.

Plant Care 

Light: Bright indirect light is ideal. Will develop stronger red colouring in higher light (but avoid harsh direct sun).

Watering: Keep the central cup topped up with fresh water and lightly water the soil when it begins to dry. Never let it sit in soggy soil. These are sensitive to tap water so rain or filtered water is best 

Temperature: 18–27°C and not below 15°C.

Potting: A chunky, airy mix is perfect. Our Airy Aroid works well.

Hot tips: Flush and refresh the central tank every couple of weeks to prevent stagnation. The plant pups easily—once mature, it produces offsets you can separate and grow on.
