Description

Bright, cheery, and strikingly patterned – the ‘Gerda’ Umbrella Plant is a little showstopper for any indoor space. Its glossy green leaves edged with creamy yellow variegation bring texture and lightness to corners, desks, or plant shelves. Easy to care for and endlessly photogenic, it’s a perfect choice for both beginners and seasoned plant lovers.

Light: Prefers bright, indirect light but can tolerate some lower-light spots. Avoid harsh direct sunlight to protect the variegation.
Watering: Allow the top 2–3cm of soil to dry out between waterings. Reduce in winter.
Temperature: Thrives in average indoor temperatures of 18–24°C. Protect from cold drafts.
Potting: Repot every 1–2 years using our Savvy Succa mix for healthy, well-draining roots.
Hot Tips: Rotate regularly to keep growth even and variegation vibrant. Pet friendly.
