Description:
Primula elatior Red with Yellow Heart is a cheerful early-season bloomer that brings rich colour to borders, containers, and spring displays. Deep red petals with a bright yellow centre sit above fresh green foliage, offering an instant lift after winter. This classic woodland primrose is low-maintenance, cold-hardy, and perfect for adding early nectar for pollinators.

Position: Partial shade to full sun. Thrives in borders, pots, and lightly shaded garden spots.
Hardiness: Hardy in the UK. Tolerates cold temperatures well.
Soil: Moist but well-drained soil. Prefers soil with added organic matter.
Hot Tips: Keep well watered during dry spells, especially in pots. Deadhead spent flowers to prolong the blooming period.
