Semponium ‘Sienna’ is a striking hybrid between Sempervivum and Aeonium, combining the hardiness of houseleeks with the bold, sculptural form of Aeoniums. It forms rosettes of rich sienna-red foliage that deepen in colour with more sun, creating a dramatic focal point in pots, rockeries, and sunny borders.

Plant Care 

Position: Full sun to partial shade – best colour develops in bright light

Hardiness: Semi-hardy evergreen perennial – protect from hard frost and prolonged freezing temperatures. Hardy down to -4c

Soil: Requires very well-draining soil to prevent rot, especially in winter

Hot Tips: Ideal for containers so it can be moved under cover in colder months. Avoid water sitting in the rosettes during winter to reduce risk of rot

Pet Friendly: Generally considered non-toxic, but best to avoid ingestion
