Plant Care

Light: Loves bright light and direct sun. A south-facing window, conservatory, or greenhouse is ideal. More sun equals better flowering.

Watering: Water thoroughly when actively growing, allowing the compost to dry slightly between waterings. Reduce watering significantly during winter dormancy when leaves may naturally drop.

Temperature: Prefers warm temperatures above 15°C. Protect from temperatures below 10°C and keep frost-free at all times.

Potting: Use a free-draining mix. Our A Sandy Loam potting mix works particularly well, providing excellent drainage while retaining enough moisture for healthy growth.

Hot Tips: Frangipanis naturally enter dormancy during winter and may lose all their leaves—this is completely normal. Once warmth and light levels increase in spring, new growth will emerge. Seed-grown plants produce unique flower colours, making every plant a surprise.
