Add a burst of festive colour to your space with Schlumbergera Orange, also known as the Christmas or Easter Cactus. This cheerful, low-maintenance houseplant produces vivid orange blooms that cascade from its segmented stems — a stunning seasonal display that often reappears year after year. Unlike desert cacti, it hails from tropical forests, so it loves a bit of humidity and dappled light.

Plant Care 

Light: Bright indirect light

Watering: Water when the soil is dry, and don't allow it to sit in water. Cut back on watering in the winter, but never let it get completely bone dry. 

Temperature: Don't let it get colder than 10-13 ‘C; these plants prefer it warmer.

Potting: These plants like a chunky mix, similar to their natural habitat. Our Super Chonk is a great choice for this species. 

Hot tips: These plants adore humidity, so why not place it in a steamy bathroom, on a pebble tray, or with other plant friends?
