Bold, glossy, and full of tropical flair – Aeschynanthus ‘Bolero Bicolore’ is a striking trailing plant known for its rich green foliage and vibrant two-tone blooms. When in flower, deep red tubular buds open to reveal bright yellow tips, creating that classic “lipstick” look the plant is loved for. Perfect for hanging planters or high shelves, it adds movement, colour, and a lush feel to any indoor space.

Light Thrives in bright, indirect light. A well-lit room helps encourage flowering.
Watering Allow the top few centimetres of soil to dry out between waterings. Avoid overwatering, as soggy soil can lead to root issues.
Temperature Prefers warm indoor temperatures between 18–25°C. Keep away from cold draughts.
Potting Use our Savvy Succa mix for free-draining soil. Repot in spring if roots become crowded.
Hot Tips Slightly higher humidity can help promote blooms, but no misting needed. Not safe for pets if nibbled.
