Eucalyptus Pulverulenta
Eucalyptus Pulverulenta
A smaller tree which can be pruned and grown as a shrub will add wonderment to your home or garden with its silvery leaves, with the added bonus of lovely-smelling leaves!
Light: These lovely trees are sun lovers, so a sunny patio when grown outdoors or your brightest spot indoors.
Watering: Wait until the soil is dry, then give it a good watering. Roughly once a week, and possibly more during the height of summer. After your Eucalyptus is more established, it will become drought-tolerant.
Temperature: This is a cold hardy plant, so it can go down to -8 to -13°C, so a lovely choice to add some green to your garden or patio. The younger trees are more sensitive to the frosts and become hardier as they go on.
Potting: An airy and well-draining mix is ideal for these. Our Airy Ariod mix would be a lovely fit if you are growing this beauty indoors.
Hot tips: Keep this beauty in bright light, and it will be a happy plant.
Pet Friendly: This plant is toxic to pets, but our cat doesn't seem to notice ours in the garden.
