Description

A lush mix of hardy outdoor ferns, perfect for bringing year-round greenery and texture to shady corners, containers, or underplanting. Their feathery fronds unfurl beautifully in spring and provide structure and depth throughout the seasons. Easy to grow, reliable, and a great choice for low-maintenance gardens.

Position: Partial to full shade. Ideal for woodland gardens, north-facing beds, or shadier patio spots.
Hardiness: Fully hardy in the UK. Most ferns will die back in winter and re-emerge strongly in spring. Evergreen varieties may keep their foliage year-round.
Soil: Moist, well-drained soil enriched with organic matter. Mulch annually to keep roots cool and happy.
Hot Tips: Great for containers mixed with hostas and heucheras, or planted en masse for a dramatic shady border. Keep well-watered in dry spells.
