Fragaria 'Toscana': part fruit, part flower, all fabulous. With bright pink blooms and sweet, snackable strawberries, it’s the strawberry plant that’s also doing the most in the looks department. Pretty enough for your patio, tasty enough for your breakfast.
Plant Care
Position: full sun, in fertile, well-drained soil or containers
Hardiness: hardy in the UK (down to -10°C), but protect in harsh winters
Hot Tips: keep well watered in dry spells and feed with a high-potash fertiliser to boost flowers and fruit. Pick fruit regularly to keep it producing – and to beat the birds to it!
