Keep your plants cosy on their journey! During the colder months, we recommend adding a heat pack for extra protection against chilly temperatures. Once activated, each pack provides up to 40 hours of warmth — plenty of time for our 24-hour Royal Mail delivery.

We suggest one heat pack per box of plants.

Not sure if you need one (or how many to add)? Just get in touch — as a general rule, it’s worth adding a heat pack when temperatures drop below 10°C.

 

Delivery across Great Britain

Live plants travel via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Non-plant items travel via Tracked 48 unless they are packed with a plant.

Dispatch: Orders placed before 2pm are normally dispatched the following day. Orders placed on Saturday are dispatched on Monday.

Cost: £6.99 flat-rate shipping. Click & Collect from our Bristol shop is free.

Local Bristol delivery: Available on orders over £20 for eligible postcodes at checkout and normally completed by our team within 48 hours. Please provide a safe place.
