Mixed Mini Sunflower

Mini Sunflowers: cheerful, compact, and full of local charm. These sunny little blooms bring instant joy with their golden-yellow petals and dark chocolate centres. Perfectly sized for pots, borders, or balcony gardens, they brighten up any space without towering overhead. Grown from seed lovingly collected by a local allotmenteer right here in Bristol, they’re as rooted in the community as they are in the soil.

Plant Care

Position: full sun – thrives in bright, open spots with shelter from strong winds
Height: typically 30–60cm – ideal for small gardens, containers, or children’s gardens
Feeding & Watering: water regularly, especially in dry spells; feed fortnightly with a general-purpose fertiliser
Hot Tips: deadhead spent blooms to encourage more flowers. Grow in well-drained soil or quality compost. Stake if needed, especially in exposed areas. A perfect pollinator plant for bees and butterflies.
