Pellionia Repens - trailing watermelon begonia
These pretty little plants are a perfect terrarium plant or a great choice for a bathroom or in a north-facing window.
Light: Bright indirect light is ideal. Direct sun with scorch these lovelies' leaves.
Watering: They always prefer moist but not soggy soil, so give your plant water when the top inch of the earth starts to feel dry. Be careful not to overwater; you don't want to risk root rot and don't let the soil dry out completely.
Temperature: 12-32°C is the rang this plant will tolerate
Potting: A well-draining mix that holds moisture is an excellent choice. Our Thirst Trap mix is a great choice.
Hot tips: Humidity lovers! Great choice to add to your terrarium project or keep in a steamy (bright) bathroom.
