Watering is generally not required as they are an enclosed ecosystem; however, trimming may be necessary in the future. All terrariums come with a care leaflet.

There is a one-month guarantee from the purchase date. If the terrarium you purchased fails within this period, we will restore your terrarium free of charge. After this date, we offer a rebuild service for a fee, based on the size of the terrarium.

Every plant is uniqueThe plant you receive will be similar to the one photographed, but not identical. Want to see the exact plant? Get in touch and we’ll happily send you a photo. Rescue plants may have cosmetic damage and are pictured using a healthy example.
Delivery across Great Britain
Live plants travel via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Non-plant items travel via Tracked 48 unless they are packed with a plant.
Dispatch: Orders placed before 2pm are normally dispatched the following day. Orders placed on Saturday are dispatched on Monday.
Cost: £6.99 flat-rate shipping. Click & Collect from our Bristol shop is free.
Local Bristol delivery: Available on orders over £20 for eligible postcodes at checkout and normally completed by our team within 48 hours. Please provide a safe place.
