Aglaonema ‘Stripes’, also known as Chinese Evergreen ‘Stripes’, is a lush tropical houseplant with striking elongated leaves streaked in bold silver and green variegation. Its patterned foliage brings instant drama to a shady corner, while its forgiving nature makes it one of the easiest statement plants to care for. A perfect choice for anyone wanting bold jungle vibes without the fuss.

Plant Care

Light: Happy in medium to bright indirect light. Tolerates lower light better than most colourful plants, but stronger light keeps the variegation vibrant.

Watering: Allow the top half of soil to dry before watering. Less is more—overwatering is the biggest risk.

Temperature: Keep above 15°C and avoid cold draughts. Loves consistent warmth.

Potting: Thrives in our Sandy Loam mix, which holds just the right amount of moisture without becoming soggy.

Hot Tip: Rotate regularly to maintain an even shape. Wipe leaves now and then to keep that colour pop strong.

Pet Friendly: No – not safe for pets if nibbled.
