Salad Tomato

Salad Tomatoes: crisp, classic, and garden-fresh. These medium-sized, ruby-red fruits are everything a proper tomato should be – smooth-skinned, firm-fleshed, and packed with flavour. Perfect sliced into sandwiches, tossed into summer salads, or layered on bruschetta, they bring bright, juicy goodness to every bite. Productive and reliable, this variety performs beautifully in both greenhouses and sunny spots outdoors.

We're sure they are 'Moneymaker'; however, our local allotmenteer forgot to label them, but they're perfect for making sauces. Grown from seed lovingly by a local allotmenteer right here in Bristol, they’re as rooted in the community as they are in the soil.

Plant Care

Position: full sun – thrives in warm, sheltered conditions; ideal for greenhouses or south-facing gardens
Support: needs staking – tie stems gently to canes or frames as they grow
Feeding & Watering: water evenly and deeply; feed weekly with a high-potash fertiliser once flowering starts
Hot Tips: pinch out side shoots for better airflow and larger fruits. Harvest when fully red for best flavour. Great in grow bags, containers, or open ground with support.
