Description

Salvia ‘Hot Lips’: a total show-off with its red-and-white bicolour blooms and fragrant foliage. Blooms all summer long, loved by bees, and doesn’t mind the heat – what’s not to love?

Plant Care

Position: full sun in well-drained soil – perfect for borders, gravel gardens, and containers

Hardiness: hardy to about -10°C (semi-evergreen perennial in the UK; may die back in harsh winters but regrows in spring)

Hot Tips: trim back after flowering to keep tidy and encourage bushy regrowth. Drought-tolerant once established. Flowers may shift between red, white, or bicolour depending on temperature – a fun bonus!
