Thymus citriodorus ‘Green’: fresh, fragrant, and totally unfussy. This lemon-scented thyme forms a low-growing mat of bright green leaves that smell like sunshine and go with just about everything – from herb butters to pollinator borders.
Plant Care
Position: full sun in free-draining soil – ideal for herb beds, rockeries, pots, or even as scented ground cover
Hardiness: fully hardy evergreen perennial in the UK (down to -15°C or lower)
Hot Tips: trim after flowering to keep compact. Drought-tolerant once established and edible! Use fresh or dried in cooking. Loved by bees and brilliant in Mediterranean-style planting schemes.
