You will receive a similar plant to the one photographed and not necessarily the same. If you would like a photo of the exact plant we are sending, just drop us a line! Pots and plants are sold separately unless otherwise specified in the listing.
We can only offer in-store collection of this product.
Ficus benjamina 'Golden King' is a dazzling, variegated version of the classic Weeping Fig, with elegant arching branches and glossy green leaves edged in creamy yellow. It’s perfect for adding height, structure, and a soft, airy feel to your space. A little dramatic about change, but once settled, it’s loyal for life.
Plant Care Light: Loves bright, indirect light — too little light and you’ll lose that stunning variegation. Keep out of direct afternoon sun to avoid scorched tips, will tolearate evening or morning sun.
Watering: Let the soil dry out fully between waterings. This one prefers to stay on the dry side — overwatering is the quickest way to make it sulk (and drop leaves).
Temperature: Thrives in 18–26°C. Avoid draughts, cold blasts, and sudden changes — it likes things steady.
Potting: A perfect match for our A Sandy Loam mix — free-draining with just enough hold for those roots.
Hot tips: Once you find the right spot, leave it be — moving it too often can lead to leaf drop. Prune to shape in spring, and wipe leaves to keep the variegation looking crisp.
Pet Friendly: No
