Peperomia Hope
With plump, round leaves that cascade gently over the edge of a pot, Peperomia 'Hope' is a laid-back houseplant that loves bright corners and minimal fuss. A hybrid of Peperomia deppeana and quadrifolia, it offers the charm of a succulent with the tropical credentials of a Peperomia. Soft, matte leaves and compact trailing growth make it perfect for shelves, hanging pots, or small-space styling.
Plant Care
Light: Bright indirect light is best. Can tolerate softer light, but too little and it’ll get leggy. Morning sun is fine—just skip the harsh midday stuff.
Watering: Let the soil dry out about halfway before watering. It stores moisture in those succulent leaves, so it’s cool with the occasional drought. Overwatering = leaf drop.
Temperature: Likes it warm and steady—ideally 18–24°C. Keep away from draughts, cold windows, and radiators.
Potting: Our Sandy Loam mix is ideal—light, fast-draining, and perfect for those semi-succulent roots. Keeps it happy without staying soggy.
Hot tips: Great for hanging pots or shelves where it can gently trail. Easy to propagate from stem cuttings—just pop in water or straight into soil.
