Selaginella apoda, also known as Meadow Spikemoss, is a lush, mossy groundcover with delicate, fern-like foliage that brings instant woodland charm indoors. Despite its mossy look, it’s not a true moss but a spikemoss, thriving in consistently damp, humid conditions. Its fresh green mat-like growth makes it a great choice for terrariums, dish gardens, or as a natural carpet in shady outdoor containers.
Plant Care Light: Prefers low to medium indirect light. Direct sun will scorch its delicate foliage. Watering: Keep soil evenly moist at all times — this plant doesn’t like to dry out.
